"Stanley performed a True Colors session for my leadership team several years ago. We loved submitting our personality questionnaires in advance and seeing the output in the session. It was clear from the presentation that Stanley is well rehearsed in the different personality types and has a passion for teaching. It was interesting seeing the different types manifested through the leadership team, and most particularly, the gaps in our EMG :) Of the four executives, three were green!
